RECREATION - From Six Flags, picknicking in public parks to
Rangers baseball games, there is plenty going on every weekend throughout
the area
McKinney - Check out the Heard

Dallas
- Visit the African
American Museum or MESQUITE - Visit
the rodeo, every Friday and Saturday Night.

Downtown
Fort Worth

Parking
- Downtown
There
is usually ample parking in downtown Fort Worth on weekends.
However, due to activities at the convention center, some
garages may fill up early on September 1. Look for the FREE
parking signs in the Sundance Square area around 3rd
Street.

Flying
to Fort Worth
The
Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) airport is the largest in Texas with plenty
of low cost and direct flights from around Texas and the country.
RAIL
Take
the "Peace Train" from Dallas to Fortworth. The Trinity
Railway Express operates from 8 am to 11 pm on Saturday. Volunteers
will be at the Fort Worth station at 12:30 to meet folks going
to the rally.
